Sick of obtaining low amounts of useless visitors to your site? Well i want to tell you about a brand new underground tactic that produces me personally $900 on a daily basis on 100% AUTOPILOT. I really could be here all day and going into detail but why dont you merely check their site out? There is really a excellent video that explains everything. So if your seriously interested in producing easy hard cash this is the website for you. Auto Traffic Avalanche

HI Andrew,
The ruling that was made in September 2003 concerning water and wastewater charges deals with Metro water. In July 2006, Manukau Water was formed. They charge water by meterage but wastewater is not a percentage of the water usage. It is charged at a fixed rate per property and billed quarterly ( on same water bill). That's $79.99 per bill plus water usage .($320 p.a per residential property).

Would you say the wastewate charge is payable by tenants as well?

Would appreciate your views on this?

Thanks
